Canadian Western Red Cedar Shingles are a traditional renewable and sustainable roofing material and side wall cladding, with a low carbon footprints, light to transport and durable with good thermal insulation. Minimum maintenance is required and left untreated, they will age to a beautiful silver colour and if installed correctly you an expected a forty or more years of service.
We only supply Blue Label certified Shingles (please see www.cedarbureau.org) The Blue Label grade ensures that all cedar shingles are made from cedar that is 100% heartwood, 100% edge grain and 100% clear. They are the recommended standard for installation for the British Isles climate.
